The 2010 conference will take place at the Rosen Centre Hotel. A perfect location adjacent to the Orange County Convention Center in Orlando Florida makes Rosen Centre Hotel an ideal headquarters.

Rooms remain available at the group rate, subject to availability.  This special rate is extended to DBIA guests for three days prior and three days following the event, based on availability. Reservations may be made by calling 1-800-204-7234 and mentioning the Design-Build Institute of America Florida Region, Inc. - Annual Conference. In addition to a reduced room rate, guests reserving under the DBIA room block will receive 50% off self-parking. Currently the hotel is sold out of rooms for the night of Nov. 16. Their sister property the Rosen Shingle Creek does have rooms available. Reservations can assist you with booking at the Shingle Creek.
